Notice on the use of the extension of the deadline for submission of the report
Dear Sir,
due to the newly emerging situation with the coronavirus and the recent earthquakes in Zagreb, the Company informs investors, as well as other interested public, that there may be delays in the submission and public publication of the audited financial statements. In accordance with the public announcement by ESMA, which is available at the following link , the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (hereinafter: the Agency) has enabled management companies to deliver reports with a delay.
In relation to the new events, the Company has ensured business continuity, but in the current circumstances, some business processes need a little more time to ensure coordination with business partners, auditors and other participants outside the Company's collective. The Company's primary goal is to ensure the quality of business processes and produced reports, therefore it is likely that there will be a delay in the submission of the following reports:
1. Revised annual capital report of IK-UAIF, submitted no later than May 31, 2020. years,
2. Revised annual FI-DZU, submitted no later than 31.5.2020. years,
3. Revised annual FI-UCITS for the SQ Flow fund, submitted no later than May 31, 2020. years,
4. Annual additional UCITS report for the SQ Flow fund, submitted no later than 31.5.2020. years.
About the above, the Company on 14.4.2020. informed the Agency.
