Orangepill

The idea behind Orangepill is to enable businesses like banks, fintechs, gaming companies or really any other type of business to develop their own modern (call it DeFi) financial solutions within minutes. There are plenty of use cases to explore here. A business has an opportunity to build custom virtual currencies, wallets (WhatsApp wallet as well), collections, enable payouts, cashbacks, loyalty programs, payment gateways or one can simply use Orangepill as sort of a back-office for a crypto exchange.

Technical leap between Web2 and Web3 has always been too much of a challenge to pursue, especially when considering the fact that decentralized finance is still an unknown territory for most. We see Orangepill as an intuitive and remarkably user-friendly solution to enter and/or at least scratch the surface and realize that there is huge potential there to exploit. The WhatsApp wallet, which we have seen live in action, is definitely a deal-maker for Orangepill and we strongly believe businesses are going to experience the 'aha-moment' in the same way we did.

Ourselves not being crypto-enthusiasts nor crypto-haters, there were no strong feelings about investing in such a project. Yet Tomislav and the team were wise enough to explain to us that, in fact, this is a Web2.5 project. So we took the pill. And it feels good.
